Water & Sewer Rates

ACWA advertised a rate increase for water and sewer customers beginning at the end of 2025 to provide notice of the upcoming increases. These rate increases went into effect February 1st, 2026, which means ACWA customers will be receiving bills calculated with the new rates for usage in February and for future usage. Customer Service Line Inventory Letter

January 02, 2026

In January 2026 ACWA customers will receive a notification in the mail for locations that have structures built prior to 1988 or for locations that we do not have official records of what material type the customer has for their service line. This is a newer program that the EPA requires all Utilities to help gather information for. This notificiation does not state you have lead or ACWA has lead but does state your service line's material type is unkown. Please help us document your service line by completing the survey if you have proof of what material your service line is between the water meter and residence/business.
